Outlook Realty Group was founded in 2015 by Diane Thomas and her business partner, Margaret Barton, eager to help clients find their dream home. Originally established as a full service residential real estate company, it now concentrates on leasing and property management. The sales component has been moved to Intero Real Estate Services. Margaret now works exclusively for Intero Real Estate Services, while Diane works for both. With more than 25 years as a licensed California real estate broker, Diane manages and leases a group of residential rental properties on the peninsula communities. 

By both living and working in Silicon Valley, we have accumulated extensive knowledge of the area. No matter what state of the home journey you are in, we can help you navigate the process without stress or worry.
