Diane Thomas

I am the owner and managing Broker of Outlook Realty Group. I have built a career around various types of real estate. I graduated from San Jose State University with a business degree in Finance and a minor in economics. I began my career with a property development company, working on the accounting side of large apartment projects. Later, I transitioned to residential real estate to help individual clients, first as an agent and then as a broker. 

Real estate is one of the bigger investments people make in their lives. Where they invest in a place to call home or raise children, where they come to at the end of each workday or perhaps where they choose a home to go to when they retire. My experience allows me to help my clients find the best situation for them whether that is selling, buying, leasing, 1031 exchanges, or renovating. 

On the personal side, I have lived in California since grade school. I grew up in Los Altos Hills and later moved to Cupertino. I owned a home in Cupertino for 30 years and my children went through the Cupertino school district, including Monta Vista High School. I now live in Willow Glen to be close to my family. The Bay Area is a special place, filled with many opportunities. I truly enjoy helping my clients find their spot in this amazing area.
